Third Dukakis International Symposium

For well over a decade successive Greek governments, socialist and conservative alike, have sought to reform the Greek state. Now Greece is obliged by its international creditors to introduce reforms that have hitherto eluded even the most progressive of Greek politicians.

The Dukakis Center will convene practitioners and informed observers from Europe and the US to consider the prospects for reform in the current environment. All dimensions of political life will be considered, from institutions and practices to civic education and political discourse. The goal is to invite public reflection on the potential for reform in Greece and beyond. More
